At Play Corner Co, we take great care in providing beautifully maintained play setups for your little ones to enjoy. To keep our equipment clean, safe, and in excellent condition for all customers, the following terms apply to every booking.

1. Care & Responsibility

By booking with Play Corner Co, you accept full responsibility for all equipment and play items during the hire period. This includes ensuring that children and supervising adults use the items safely and respectfully.

2. Damage to Mats & Play Equipment

While we understand accidents can happen, any damage to mats or equipment during your hire will incur a damage fee. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Heel marks or punctures caused by high heels or hard-soled shoes
• Stains from face paint, particularly red or dark colours that are difficult to remove
• Spills of food, drinks, glitter, or paint
• Rips, tears, or any damage resulting from improper use or lack of supervision
   

Please ensure all guests remove their shoes before entering the play area and avoid face painting or messy activities near our setups.

3. Damage Fees

If damage occurs, a fee will be charged based on the cost to clean, repair, or replace the affected item. Due to the variable nature of damage, fees are not listed upfront but will be fairly quoted after assessment. Payment is required within 7 days of notification.

4. Important Notes

• Face painting is strictly prohibited on or near any of our products as it permanently stains them. Heavy fees will apply if face paint is found on our products or if there is damage to the soft play.
   
• Heels are not allowed on the mats; any damage caused by heels will result in a replacement charge.
   
• We recommend alternative entertainment options such as balloon twisting, magic shows, bubbles, games, mascots, and more.
   

5. Rules for the Soft-Play Area

• No face painting, glitter, or confetti
   
• No shoes or heels on mats (heels permanently damage mats)
   
• No textas or pens
   
• No food or drinks
   
• Adult supervision is required at all times
   
• Soft-play equipment is designed for children aged up to 5 years
   
• Balls must be inside the ball pit upon pick up
